Returns & Exchanges

 If you’re not completely happy:

• 14 Day Returns: Return your product within 14 days of delivery.
• Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags/packaging.
• Refunds: Issued to your original payment method within 7–10 working days of receiving your return.
• Exchanges: You can exchange for a different size or colour, subject to stock availability.
• Sale Items: Exchange only (unless faulty).
• Faulty Items: If your product is damaged or faulty, we’ll cover return postage and issue a full refund or a replacement.
